Good morning to all of you!
Last December 2018, I was at a bad condition. I couldn’t walk so I decided to go for a check up. Based on the laboratory results, my creatinine level went up so I should go to the hospital.
In the first hospital I was confined at, the doctor used injections for my treatment. I was advised to avoid eating salty and sweet food as well as those delicious ones. Consequently, I did not eat our prepared dishes last Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
Last January 12, I was confined in the hospital because I became weak and had lost my consciousness. The doctor told my wife that I was in a very bad condition. I was transferred to Philippine General Hospital (PGH). I was bedridden for about seven days. I still didn’t have my consciousness. I could not move. Until I left the hospital, my son saw me that I was bedridden for a long time. I could sit but I tend to vomit. Then he encouraged me to attend EXCEL service on February 16 with him (so he decided to take a leave from his work.)
That was the time I went back to church. Last February 16, I was really crying from I took my first step in the stairs, since it was six years ago when I last attended a church service. I was really ashamed because I came back to the Lord with such condition. I have high creatinine and uric acid levels. I was a victim of stroke and a stage four-CTG patient. Also, I could not excrete my body waste. Moreover, I met a group of people and a woman who wore a white-color dress and shoes after the service. They laid their hands upon me and prayed over. During that moment, the Lord heard my cry. I was finally defecating. My wife and I were really glad. Though it was sort of shameful, I asked my wife to help me to clean my feces. He saw me crying. It was a cry of thankfulness that God heard my prayer, which He also did last February 23. He granted promptly my prayer requests. In my third Saturday of attending EXCEL service, March 2, I could finally walk. From church to Puregold, I was able to walk even it was too hot at that time. It was really amazing on what God has done in my life. During the fourth Saturday, I was also able to bring my wife here in the church.
