Kwenta:
Any situation in life may become good or bad depending on how we take it.
For instance, if you have no money to buy shoes to wear, you still have something to thank for because many people have money but they have no feet where they could fit in their shoes. Further, you may have no children of your own, but still, you have something to thank for because you have a spouse with you, unlike others who are still single bearing the life of being alone. And if you are still single at this point in time, you still have something to thank for because there are many couples who suffer separations and lawsuits due to unsuccessful marriages.
With this in mind, it all boils down to the issue of attitude. That’s why the Bible tells us, “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:18 NIV).
Having this attitude, we learn to see the good side of life and realize in the process that we are blessed and still ahead of millions of people in the world.
