A blessed day to all! My name is Vangie Beatriz from Sports Ministry. I am a teacher, but I honestly did not expect that I will stand in front of many people to testify about the Lord’s unmerited favor in my life
Last May, I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. The doctor advised me to undergo an operation immediately. It was all too soon and was so hard for me to accept. The schedule of my operation was on May 29, 2018. Before entering the operating room, I earnestly prayed for a successful procedure.
I was supposed to be in a deep sleep because of the anaesthesia. However, in the middle of the operation, I was widely awake and was feeling everything. I felt it while they were cutting my skin and was really in great pain. The Lord gave me the strength to open my mouth and utter my cries to the doctors but it seems that they could not hear anything. I was crying in pain. “Why did I feel everything that they are doing to me?”, I asked myself.
The Lord is good. I am still alive! After the operation, they needed to monitor my vital signs because I had an irregular heart rate. Regardless of what I experienced for some uncontrollable matters during the operation, I still praise God because He never neglected me. He even saved me!
By God’s grace, I went home safely after the surgery. Meanwhile, the pain did not stop. I called the doctor with the continuous back pain and he said that the cancer cells have spread all over my back. I was devastated and I asked God to take my life instead because I am already tired. Even the strongest painkiller would not work. “Lord, I cannot endure the pain anymore”, I cried.
Despite that, God has healed me. He did not just heal me physically, He also has healed me spiritually. He did not just heal me spiritually, He has also forgiven me.
Based on my diagnosis report, the results were negative. Everything is now normal! I did not take chemotherapy or radiation to stand here and prove that God heals the incurable, loves the unlovable and bears the unbearable
Thank You, God! You deserve all the praises!
