Let us try to picture this out. God is our Teacher and we have an assignment from Him. God is saying to us that we are not on our own and other people need us today. What will be our response?
“Only let each person lead the life that the Lord has assigned to him, and to which God has called him. This is my rule in all the churches.” (1 Corinthians 7:17 ESV)
God’s assigned task for us is to be stewards of our spiritual gifts for the sake of others. This is aspiring to be fruitful for God’s glory. Always remember, where God has gifted us and opened doors of opportunity for ministry, He also provides the strength and courage to execute our tasks.
If we do our assignments for God, He will lead us to the ultimately fulfilling paths because He knows exactly what we’re made for and how we can live the life we’ve been given to the fullest.
The question is, will we LEAVE or LIVE God’s assignment for us?
