When the queen of Sheba saw Solomon’s fame, she marveled in what she saw. 2 Chronicles 9:5-6 (NIV)
She said to the king, “The report I heard in my own country about your achievements and your wisdom is true. But I did not believe what they said until I came and saw with my own eyes. Indeed, not even half the greatness of your wisdom was told me; you have far exceeded the report heard.
Imagine a foreign royalty discovering King Solomon’s wisdom to be unexpectedly far beyond excellent. This inspires us that if we trust God and learn how to ask Him, He can impart wisdom more than what we can imagine. Our present condition will be far better when we apply God’s wisdom. God is not selfish. Our eternal relationship with Him is bundled with gifts including wisdom that can break barriers, overcome obstacles, and GO BEYOND.
