Good morning everyone! I am Cha, teaching kids every 1:30 pm service, from Sunday School Ministry. I’m about to reveal to you how God made a great miracle in my life.
Last September 2017, my abdomen started to upset me. I always had menstrual cramps yet I didn’t have yet my monthly menstruation. The pain I felt couldn’t be explained. Because of that, I went to a doctor, and he advised me to undergo a transvaginal ultrasound. When the result was translated, the reason I was bleeding non-stop is that I have “Adenomyosis.”
It is the condition where the cells of the uterine lining grow into the muscular wall of the uterus. The part which totally wrecked me was when he revealed to me that this condition is incurable. The only option I could have is to do the hysterectomy. Hysterectomy is the surgery to remove a woman’s uterus. Hence, one of the primary consequences is infertility. Applying an ointment can solely alleviate the pain.
Following this, I talked to my husband who happened to be an OFW. I asked him if he would allow me to take the operation. However, he advised me to pray and stick with the Lord’s plan. He firmly said to me, “Let’s not consider the operation as an option for this. Don’t belittle God’s power or what He can do to our lives. Let us pray and seek Him.” And so I did what he told me. Allow me to mention that I am a regular attendee of ExCEL service and I thank Him for always giving me strength. In fact, whenever I teach children, I am always asking for His favor- to give me energy throughout the service. Absolutely, God is faithful, and He is the God of great promises!
Going back, this early 2019, I had experience extreme pain on my abdomen. I called my children to help me go to the nearest hospital. My doctor then asked me on why didn’t I go back for the follow-up check up since last year. With that, he recommended to take another ultrasound. Then Saturday came, when the results were about to be released, I did not forget to visit God’s sanctuary.Attending ExCEL service is indeed my me-time or alone time with the Lord. I was able to think and meditate from the exhausting week I had. During this time, I yielded myself to the Lord. I cried myself out and praised Him at the top of my lungs. I did that for I know that God’s eyes can see us, and He has ears to hear our weeping.
Moreover, when the clock struck 12 noon, I went to my specialist to receive the news that I had been waiting for. Based on the results, my ovaries then happened to be normal!
In another case, the same doctor who told me that Adenomyosis is incurable had also asked me this question, “Mrs., how do you pray? How is it even possible for the endometrium in your uterus to disappear?” I couldn’t pay much attention to what doctor had been saying to me because I never had stopped uttering, ‘Thank you, Jesus!’ and endless gratitude filled my mind. Thus, I managed to answer him with the words, “I am not sure, but one thing is for sure that the God whom I serve is alive!”
Unquestionably, God heals those who diligently seek Him, serve and praise His Name. You are in the right place and a straight path to follow this way- through God’s way. As you have heard my story today, be encouraged to take heart and stand firm in the presence of the Lord. Surely, no matter what circumstances we are in right now, be assured that God will hold you and will always help you no matter what.
To God be all the glory! God bless!
